Jaideep has helped clients in Banking, Manufacturing, Real Estate and Clean energy space to drive Culture & Business Transformation across their respective Organisations. A seasoned HR professional with exposure to Leadership roles, he is a Certified NLP & Hogan ICF Coach with an unwavering passion for transforming Organisational Systems, Processes & People mindset.

An International Banking expert having worked in MNCs like HSBC, GE Capital & ABN AMRO, he has an In-depth understanding of the IT systems, Operations as well as People & Culture. He has worked in different areas of the bank (Viz. Sales, Products, Risk, Compliance, IT, Operations & HR) and has successfully Led Multi-Million Dollars Transformation Programs e.g. Setting up Regional Operations for a bank in Latin America, Running turn keyprojects like launching Credit Cards in Europe to name a few.

A seasoned HR Leader & Consultant with 40 years of experience working with a Global International Bank and an IT technology organisation in Malaysia and across Asia Pacific. Lilian has in-dept experience in delivering strategic solutions in areas of Performance & Rewards, Talent & Succession Planning, Resource & Manpower Planning , Talent Acquisition as well as Employee Relations & Engagement.

Shibashish Chakraburtty
Shibashis is a Change and Transformation Leader with over 2 decades of experience in Banking across Global Banks such as Citi, ANZ & HSBC having worked across India, Malaysia and Singapore

His career story started with streamlining business processes initially as a Lean Sigma Master Black Belt moving onto building top notch change teams and delivering large and complex regional change programs related to cross line of business regulatory change, compliance, digital transformation working with senior global stakeholders.

While in Malaysia Shibashis set up and led one of the largest change teams in the banking industry in Malaysia as Head of the Global Transformation Centre in HSBC, supporting all of HSBC’s Asia Pacific markets, his last role in HSBC being Head of Transformation and Chief Administrative Officer for HSBC Singapore, Singapore being one of HSBC’s priority markets globally. He is currently Senior Advisor for Alvarez and Marsal, Singapore.
